When tickets for an event are on sale, the link leads to a third-party platform (such as Sympla), and the purchase is governed by that platform’s terms and policies, including those on cancellation and refunds. Questions about a purchase should be taken up directly with the platform.

Messages sent through the contact form, WhatsApp or e-mail are used only to respond to your request. How this data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

The content of the website is provided “as is”. Event dates, times, venues and programs may change; please confirm the information with the organizers or through the ticketing channels before you travel.

To the extent permitted by law, Vertigo Creative Works is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website. This does not affect the rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

The website contains links to third-party services, such as YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp and ticketing websites. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or practices.
